The lady in blue is so funny she's like "shut up loud lady" 😂
Thanks for sharing
I just made the cake , I’ve already reduced the amount of sugar by 20% .. nice but too sweet .. could you please check the amount of sugar on the recipe .. 😊
كنتعلم منك لانجليزية بتماغرابيت😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
Tried this and successful on the first attempt (and that too after experimenting with halving the recipe)! Tbh I didn’t even check the timing after putting in the couscous religiously. Kinda put it together and forgot about it - still came out perfect :D
I had the opportunity to explore Algeria's exceptional gastronomy, a country where couscous has deep historical roots. The couscous, with the first couscoussier discovered in Algeria, dates back to ancient Numidia. Once known as the granary of Europe for its wheat, Algeria saw couscous travel to France with the pieds-noirs, establishing this dish as a globally recognized culinary specialty.🇺🇸🇺🇸🇩🇿🇩🇿❤️ During my visit, I discovered that Algeria offers more than 300 varieties of couscous, each reflecting regional culinary traditions. This gastronomic richness mirrors the country's diverse landscapes, ranging from Mediterranean beaches to majestic mountains and vast Saharan deserts. Exploring a third of the country with the help of a friend, I was struck by the vastness and variety of Algeria’s scenery. Each region not only boasts breathtaking views but also rich and varied cuisine. If you have the chance to visit Algeria, be sure to explore its fascinating museums, but make sure to hire a guide to fully appreciate its historical and cultural depth. I sincerely hope that this country remains protected from mass tourism, as it is still largely unknown. Algeria deserves to be explored and appreciated in all its authentic and preserved splendor.
Like a fish pie with mash! I would be more inclined to poach the fish slightly in milk then take out….then fry the spring onions or leek, add flour and the flavoured milk etc to make the béchamel sauce. Put rice in bottom or fish in dish pour over sauce and add mash and then cheese. Either way would be great!
Why is this so underrated?
Just tried it. Sooo delicious. Thanks so much for the recipe. ❤
Great tip about soaking figs in tea to rehydrate them. Looks delicious !

If anyone is making it, just know the measurements are off. Careful, 350 doesn’t equal 2 cups

I don't have the pot. Can I use pan and bake this instead
Looks like it takes too much time. Cookig in a pot is much easier.
Doesnt give the same result. I tried it the white man way and this way is better
@@iCutWaffles Sure it is but not everyone has the time and the tools and pots to prepare it this way.
Thank you my dear. I made it today and it was delicious 🤤🥰

I watched the cooking on programe . Especially the chicken cooked in a clay pot served at the train station.
I just have to say your channel has been a godsend to me. My partner is from Morocco and right now we're in Texas. it brings me a lot of joy to be able to make him traditional food but I'm not well versed in Arabic yet and most Moroccan videos have no subtitles or even a transcript that i could translate myself which makes them impossible to follow. I have made a lot of your recipes and they always make him really happy 😁
Wow❤

Why cannot this religion respect and tolerate others? Please answer.. especially those who are 'pious'- explain your feelings to others who have other..and older beliefs.. such as the Jewish people
Preserved lemons are not available in my city. Can I use fresh ones also?

Hi Alia! I don’t have preserved lemons right now. However, I do have a preserved lemon paste. How much should I use?
